3. Credit-Based Usage

- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
4. Plans & Pricing

5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration details. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details. Misuse of the platform (spamming, abusive content, unauthorized reselling) may lead to suspension.

blogiq.ai collects limited user and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. User-generated content (blogs, reports) belongs to the user. blogiq.ai may use anonymized analytics to improve services.

9. Termination
Users can delete their account anytime. blogiq.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware, USA.
